Fixed bugs

45672 Sender authentication for Level of Trust does not work properly if the email receives SCL points in the envelope stage.

46197 Decoding is performed twice.

46457 Logging exception from the SMTP DATA phase.

46587 Timeout in the URL Safeguard view.

46599 New installation failed. SQL command could not be executed. Error: Column name 'Sha256Hash' does not exist in the target table or view.

46776 Harmless PDF is uploaded to the Web Portal after CDR.

47020 Artefacts of the approval workflow are not processed.

47323 Brackets in Received Headers are not set if headers have to be removed beforehand.
