New features

35487, 35649 The new Core Antispam Engine replaces the previous Cyren AntiSpam and Cyren IP Reputation filters. In the Malware Scanner action, the Integrated Malware Scanner replaces the Cyren AntiVirus service.

34949 SwissSign offers a new MPKI that uses a different URL. NoSpamProxy automatically uses this URL after SwissSign has been added again as a provider for key requests.

Fixed bugs
