Adding via an SPF record (Sender Policy Framework)

A server is considered a corporate email server here if it uses a combination of user name and password for authentication.

  1. Go to Configuration > Email routing > Corporate email servers.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Select Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record and click Next and Next again.
    Select Office 365 as your local email server
  4. Determine which corporate domains are assigned to the server and click Next.
  5. (Optional) Enter a comment.
  6. Click Finish.
