Emails on hold
Under Monitoring > Emails on hold you will find an overview of all emails whose processing has been temporarily suspended and which are currently on hold for at least one recipient.
NOTE: By default, only the emails that require your attention are displayed. At Status you can specify whether you want to display all emails instead.
In which cases are emails put on hold?
- A required cryptographic key is currently not available.
- The content filter is currently being applied to this email.
- A qualified signature could not be applied or verified.
- It was not possible to send the email as De-Mail.
- Content filtering could not be applied.
NOTE: The emails displayed here are currently on hold. For an overview of all data sets that had the status on hold in the past, select the condition On hold or Status = on hold in the message tracking.
