Content in the NoSpamProxy Command Center (NCC) cannot be displayed for certain users

Error

The NoSpamProxy Command Center can be started, but crashes as soon as a submenu is called up. This problem occurs only with certain users.

status

The NoSpamProxy Command Center creates temporary files in the temporary folder of the user directory when it is called up. However, it contains more than 65,535 files, which causes problems in the NTFS file system.

Solution

• The affected user executes the following command via Start > Run:
  rmdir /s /q %temp%.

After completing the command, the NCC functions properly again.
